1. About Us
Furry Feeder is a UK-based sole trader business owned and operated by Madeleine Lush. We specialise in handcrafted, personalised wooden raised dog feeders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
Each feeder is individually handcrafted and made to order. Due to the personalised nature of our products, minor variations in colour, grain, and finish may occur. Paint is purchased directly from the referenced supplier, and therefore we cannot take responsibility if the colour appears different than advertised. We recommend purchasing a sample directly from the supplier to ensure your are happy with your choice.

3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (if applicable). Payment is processed securely at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and apply only to mainland UK addresses.

4. Delivery
We currently ship only to addresses within mainland UK. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Orders are shipped via reputable courier services. You will receive tracking information where applicable.

5. Returns & Refunds
As our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering. However, if your feeder is damaged during delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement – your choice. Please notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving the product, including photographs as evidence. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item before issuing a refund or replacement.

6. Intellectual Property & Marketing
By placing an order, you grant Furry Feeder the right to photograph and display images of your personalised product (e.g. including your dog’s name) for marketing and promotional use (such as our website, social media, or advertising). We will never publish any personally identifying information. If you would prefer your feeder not to be featured, you can opt out by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Furry Feeder, and its owner/operator Madeleine Lush, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

As our feeders are intended for use by dogs, you accept full responsibility for ensuring the product is suitable for your individual pet. Furry Feeder cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury, choking, digestive issues, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects that may arise from the use or misuse of our products. Pet owners must supervise their dogs during feeding and ensure the feeder is used appropriately based on their dog’s size, health, and behaviour.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the UK legal system.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to all orders placed after the effective date.
